These muffins make the perfect healthy but delicious snack in the kids' lunchboxes, or for that mid-afternoon blood sugar crash. With plenty of banana and oats - but completely without flour. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 185 degrees convection.
2. Roughly break up the bananas in a bowl and blend well with the other ingredients using a hand blender, until you've got a smooth mass.
3. Place the dough in muffin tins and bake for approx. 20 minutes, or until no dough sticks when you poke them with a knitting needle.
4. Leave the muffins to cool - and then munch away!
5. Enjoy!
Tip
If you're using paper molds, leave them on until the muffins are ready to eat.
