Panfried salmon with hollandaise and baby potatoes is a true fish-classic and especially tasty when enjoyed on the patio a summer evening. You can pan fry or grill the salmon, and it's up to you if you want to buy a ready hollandaise or make one from scratch with our recipe. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Fire up the grill, or preheat the oven to 185 degrees convection.

2. Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Brush the skin with a bit of olive oil and grill skin side down. Pop the lid on the grill and give them 5-10 minutes. Careful not to let them burn or dry out. The salmon is done when it splits into layers when lightly pressed with a fork - or when small, white bubbles form on the surface.

3. If the weather doesn't agree with you, just fry the salmon for five minutes skin down in olive oil on an ovensafe pan. Pop the pan in the oven without flipping the fish. Let it finish cooking for 5-10 minutes, until it splits into layers or forms the white bubbles. Be careful! The pan is dead hot!

4. Serve the salmon with boiled potatoes, tasty hollandaise and a sprinkle of dill on top, if you have any.

5. Enjoy!
