- 100 gramswhite chocolate

These chocolate cornflakes are super crispy and make for the yummiest snacks. Made with both white and dark chocolate and ready in no time. Enjoy! Directions
1. Add cornflakes to a bowl and lightly crush with your hands.
2. Break the two types of chocolate into smaller chunks and place in two separate glass or porcelain bowls. Melt over a bain marie or in the microwave.
3. Split the cornflakes between two bowls. Stir well, so the chocolate coats all of the cornflakes.
4. Use a spoon to place little cornflake mounds onto a sheet of baking parchment – give them a little squeeze with your fingers if they're a bit loose.
5. If you have edible glitter or other decoration, sprinkle that on. Pop into the fridge, or better yet the freezer – they'll be ready in just 10 minutes.
6. Once the chocolate is stiff, they're ready to serve. Enjoy!
Tip
Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let your kids crush the cornflakes. They can also break up the chocolate.
