Koldskål is a Danish summer treat, traditionally made with buttermilk – but here's a version with soy milk, and it's super tasty and easy to make. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Whisk soy milk and plain soy yoghurt (like Alpro) with vanilla sugar, zest from a rinsed lemon and syrup well in a bowl.
2. Mix citric acid and salt and dissolve with some boiling water. Add to your soy koldskål and mix well.
3. And dessert is served – enjoy!
Tip
Tasks for younger kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help add ingredients to the bowl and mix everything. They can of course help taste as well!
