It's so nice for the kids to have something festive in their glasses on special occasions. Here's a gorgeous raspberry and orange flavoured mocktail, inspired by a beloved European ice lolly. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Mix raspberry fizz with orange juice and ice cubes in a bowl with a spout.

2. Mix syrup and food colouring in a deep plate. Add sugar to another deep plate. Rim the glass first in syrup, then in sugar, to give a gorgeous, colourful crystal rim.

3. Pour the mocktail into the glasses (watch the rim!) - and it's time to cheers!

4. Enjoy!

Tip

Tasks for younger kids in the kitchen: Your kids can just about make this drink all on their own! Let them at least mix raspberry fizz and orange juice. They'll probably love doing the fancy sugar rims, too!
