Okay - perhaps not the most charming title, but we couldn't come up with something better (suggestions welcome)! But they do taste absolutely sensational. Hotdogs with fish sticks instead of sausages. Yum! We're serving them with homemade tartar sauce and snack veggies. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Cook the fish sticks on a pan in a bit of olive oil and warm the hotdog buns in the oven.
2. Very finely chop a handful of pickles. Mix with skyr, mayo, dijon mustard and season with salt, pepper and some acacia honey.
3. Rinse the lettuce and cut into smaller pieces. Rinse the cucumber and bell pepper and cut both into sticks for snack veggies.
4. Serve the fishdogs with tartar sauce, salad, grated horseradish (for the seafaring!) and snack veggies. You can of course also use exactly the toppings you and the family like best!
5. Enjoy!

Tasks for kids in the kitchen: Let your kids help cook the fish sticks. They can also help cut snack veggies and taste the tartar sauce.
