Food for two days is amazing - especially in a busy family with young kids! This is the easy second-day recipe for our tasty chickpea bolognese. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Heat the leftovers from yesterday's bolognese in a pot or the microwave and cook the spaghetti according to the packet.
2. Meanwhile, peel the carrots and rinse the cucumber, and cut both into sticks for snack veggies.
3. Serve the bolognese with pasta and snack veggies on the side.
