There's really not a lot to say, so we'll make it brief: Our yummy con carne with chicken on day two. Easy and delicious dinner for the busy days. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Boil the rice following the instructions on the packet. Reheat the con carne in the microwave or in a pot on the stove. Peel the carrots, wash the cucumber and cut both into sticks for snack veggies.
2. Serve the con carne with freshly boiled rice and snack veggies as a side.
3. Enjoy!
Tip
If your kids are very young and can't chew for themselves just yet, either boil the carrots or go for other, softer veggies, to avoid any risk of the carrot getting stuck in their throat.
