Tartar sauce is a chippy classic, which can be made in all sorts of versions. We've left out the usual capers from our recipe - out of respect for our children's belief in life, justice and the future! Use the tartar sauce for fish or as dip for snack veggies. It's super tasty. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Finely chop a handful of pickles or gherkins.
2. Mix with skyr, mayo, dijon mustard and season with salt, pepper and a dash of acacia honey.
